Changes to my Inspiration Board!!!!

Sunday, January 04, 2009

I am a real detail person and last night after my dear hubby finished off my little 12 drawer cupboard which has its place under my inspirations board I thought it needed a change....I stayed up to 1 am looking through clippings and such that I had and this is what I came up with I hope you like it....It is so me and will have to get some roses to put in my little ironstone jug!!!! Will show you photos of my little cupboard soon....It has no little knobs on the drawers yet so I have used vintage ribbon....and a few of my charms...very cute !!!!

  7. Good morning!
It is around 08.44 am, and I am not awake at all :)) Late nights during the Christmnas am I afraid and it takes a while to get the routine again, haha

The Inspiration board is looking gorgeous!! All the beautiful things that I also love so much. And as Lynn says, you have attention to details. I don`t have a board but I do have a book which is filled with lots of bits with beautiful things that I have rippet out from Magazines.

I hope you are having a good day today!
PS: I will send you an e-mail later this day! (when I am a bit more awake :))

  18. Hi...I just found your blog via "Sanctuary"...I love your blog! May I ask what material your inspiration board is made of? I want to make one, but have not been sure what material would be best.
I see that you love vintage linens...Me too!...Take care, Katie

  19. Hi katie
Like most things in my house..It is a frame made from old recycled timber and I have used old linen over a sheet of cork (like cork you would use on your floor)...I hope this helps...Take care Cathy xx
